When we started My Pop Choir, the goal was to create something in which those who don't have any singing experience, whether solo or with a choir, and/or haven't any musical or singing training could learn to sing in harmony with a group in a safe environment. And people joined and sang and learned that they can do what they didn't think they could: sing with others and have the sound be lovely, strong... amazing! Since then, we've learned so much about how singing in a choir can change you. Studies continue to confirm how singing in a group impacts your body and your sense of well-being!
